Brewed this a couple different ways, and it really shined with the metal filter in an OXO rapid brewer with a slightly coarse grind at about 17:1 ratio of water to ground coffee. It is lovely, interesting, but not wild. Floral notes, a muted acidity, and tastes very carefully roasted. Absolutely pleasurable to drink.
Absolutely delicious and excellent quality. I love the black tea tannins on the back end.

Awesome grinder that suits my transient lifestyle which wants a fresh grind for that cup! And Wow this coffee is really good, so far I've used a stainless steel moka pot and the results were quite pleasant.
I will be looking for more beans.

This is the best mold and toxin free coffee I've tried!! It does take awhile to get it due to the tariffs, but worth the wait.
Good coffee, and I like the idea of supporting your business, but you should make sure your customers in the U.S. know that it can take a month from order to delivery (due to customs). I don’t know that I would ever order roasted beans because of this, but I do like the convenience of your drip kits for the travel I do.
The coffee itself was fantastic. I've seldom tasted something so good.
My main problem is that the shipping takes so long. I ordered thar sample bag 2 months before a trip because I wanted to bring some with me to share, but wanted to try it first. As soon as I tasted it I knew I wanted to bring it, but it took almost a full month to get it delivered to me, and I know the full order won't get to me in time. I understand it is roasted before it is shipped, but there should be some work in making the shipments go out faster.
Great coffee. I would prefer the roast to be a bit darker, not dark, but more medium. And my sensitive taste buds can taste the paper of the filter a bit. I try to hold the filter above the cup as much as possible to limit contact of the outside of the filter with the cup of coffee!
We bought these drippers for traveling, but we love them so much its hard not to dig into them at home occasionally!

Taste description matches the cup. I liked this coffee profile, light yet has presence, sweet but still balanced and complex. One of the best geishas I've had to date and proud is from my country!
