Taste description matches the cup. I liked this coffee profile, light yet has presence, sweet but still balanced and complex. One of the best geishas I've had to date and proud is from my country!

Amazing coffee. I enjoy it black hot or iced.

Brewed this a couple different ways, and it really shined with the metal filter in an OXO rapid brewer with a slightly coarse grind at about 17:1 ratio of water to ground coffee. It is lovely, interesting, but not wild. Floral notes, a muted acidity, and tastes very carefully roasted. Absolutely pleasurable to drink.

The coffee itself was fantastic. I've seldom tasted something so good.
My main problem is that the shipping takes so long. I ordered thar sample bag 2 months before a trip because I wanted to bring some with me to share, but wanted to try it first. As soon as I tasted it I knew I wanted to bring it, but it took almost a full month to get it delivered to me, and I know the full order won't get to me in time. I understand it is roasted before it is shipped, but there should be some work in making the shipments go out faster.

The Geisha beans are light and floral, and perfect as a pour over. The company has been very responsive and the packaging/design is very unique.

This geisha is out of this world. I always look forward to brew it in my V60 each morning and make it a great start of my day.

My journey
My whole family always loved coffee and I learned to appreciate a good coffee by its beans. I have heard about the Geisha coffee as the best coffee in the world so wanted to give it a try and decided to spend more and got the whole beans. You can smell the unbelievable aroma when you open the bag, and it gets better when the coffee cools down. Truly amazing experience!

Worth it
I have tried Geisha from Panama at double cost before but this one is definitely better.

Battle with Myself
The bag is a little more on the pricey side so I have to try and ration my coffee intake. It's just so good that it's almost impossible to ration.
