How it works
Three steps between you and the freshest coffee you've ever brewed.
No other subscription can say this
Other clubs curate coffee from other people's roasters. We grow it, roast it, and pack it ourselves in Honduras.
Roasted on a Probat in Roatán, days from the farms. Most specialty coffee crosses the ocean green and gets roasted months later.
We won the Cup of Excellence Top Lot auction two years running, something no company had done before, and we roast those champions at our own roastery in Roatán.
Every lot third-party lab-tested for mycotoxins, pesticides, and herbicides, and packed in home-compostable bags.
As a Certified B Corp, we keep growing, roasting, and packing jobs at origin, so your cup pays the community that grew it.

Your cup changes who profits from coffee
Only about 10% of coffee's value stays in Honduras. The growing happens here, while the profitable roasting and retail happen abroad. Kathya Irias and Paul Gromek founded Spirit Origin to change that. We grow, mill, roast, and pack everything at origin, so the skilled jobs and margins stay with the communities that produce the coffee.
Every subscription delivery is traceable to the farmer who grew it. And the champion lots we win at the Cup of Excellence auction? For the first time in history, they stay in Honduras, served at our Coffee Omakase in Roatán.
