This espresso is amazing!!!! I love that it's a medium dark roast, so the flavor is a lot more mellow than the standard super dark roast espresso. Makes a super smooth cup of coffee. Will be buying the beans again! The burr grinder is rather time intensive if you're manually grinding for an espresso machine, so I might go with a motorized burr grinder in the future. It jammed a bit the first day I got it, but the jam unstuck after grinding on the coarsest setting. It does get the coffee beans to the fine powder for espresso machines much better than a regular blade grinder, so it will work for now.
