10/10 would not do justice for this gorgeous gem that is that coffee shop restaurant where you get to experience the taste of yummy local food (we had baleada) along with the most tasteful Honduran origin chocolate with a beautiful welcoming service and amazing breathtaking heart catching 180° view of the ocean and the nature. It is very affordable and not to miss out on this wonderful experience!! 5+ Stars! NOTE: Photos do don’t justice at all!!

Went for the coffee omakase experience and it was well worth it. The drinks and food were all delicious, and Katia's passion for coffee really shown through in the explanations she gave us. I will definitely come back to eat at their main restaurant.
Thanks a million to Paul and his great team. the place just opened when we discovered it. We had a fabulous time. We went 3 times during our week at Roatan; the first time we discovered the place, the second time was for the Omakase experience and we went back for dinner. Learned so much about coffee and roasting, the Honduran culture, their history and food. Absolutely amazing. Plus, we met good people and made good friends.
I know we all go to Roatan for the beautiful diving (or cruise ship stop) but this is the Best Thing you can do during your stay at Roatan. DO NOT MISS IT !
Great coffee and beautiful view around the island! Highly recommend a visit for coffee lovers! We stopped in around lunch time on a Friday and had a great coffee tasting experience. We also had lunch here and the food was very impressive - our favorite was the pork bao buns.

Our first stop after arriving in Roatan today…. We were here at an odd time 3 in the afternoon, but the manager Katia and server Dennis made a great afternoon experience. We had an iced latte with amazing vanilla infused cold foam and an herbal iced tea with raw honey. Then they created a vegetarian snack plate of perfectly roasted vegetables, plantains, sweet potato chips, yucca fritters, and guacamole. It was delicious. We are likely going to return more than once this week! Oh and the views are amazing!
