Excellent cup of coffee! Roasted beautifully and an exceptionally clean cup of coffee. Enjoyed it best as a v60 and then allowed it to cool to about 160 degrees F. The hibiscus flavor notes are I love most!

Best coffee! I’ve experimented with different companies because my body is super sensitive to plants. This stuff is delicious and I can taste the superior quality. Not only is this product amazing, Spirit Animal has wonderful customer service! In a time where CS is tanking, SA is leagues above the rest. Awesome Coffee. Great aroma and hits multiple flavor notes. My 12 year old keeps trying to sneak drinks when I'm not looking. I will explore some more flavors, but would definitely buy again in the future.
Not as tasty as their Geisha coffee

I love this coffee experience. I woke bleary-eyed to have my first cup of Catau and perked up even before sipping. I was actually able to smell a beautiful floral scent-as described!! My first sip revealed a clean tingle of citrus!! And a slight sweet-NOT bitter after sip!! I thought the descriptions were just marketing ploys before I had this cup. Because I've never tasted what other brands describe. I can only surmise it is the benefit of having the freshest coffee sent to my door. Love Love Love this full sensory experience!!!
