It is a lovely daly experience that I look forward to come back to. I’d say it is creamy, rich and lightly fruity with a touch of chocolate.

We subscribed to twin bourbons! After buying the tasting pack recently, we soon realized our favorite was Bourbon. All of the coffees were quite a shock to us (so very, very good!) -- we are used to buying Starbucks beans in bulk from Costco. Our eyes have been opened!

This was a clean and delicious cup. While we mainly drink it black with out milk , our friends are coffee and milk drinkers. I was afraid the milk would not taste good but was pleasantly surprised that it paired nicely. Taking it black on an aero-press is the preferred cup!

Exceptional coffee that lives up to its flavor notes. Rarely do I see flavor notes this accurate to a product, but this one exceeded my expectations - the astringency of white wine, the bitterness of cacao and hazelnuts, and the slight sweet and acidic touches of tropical fruits - it's all there. Note - I drink all coffees black and swear it's the best way to catch all notes of flavor!

I enjoy the rich flavor and the fact it was sent from the farm.
I don't like the flavor of this coffee. In fact, neither does my tummy. It gets upset from the acid content in this coffee.

We take a lot of pride in roasting some of the purest coffees available, specialty-grade, lab-tested, roasted at origin, and free from defects or additives. That purity means you’re tasting the coffee exactly as it is grown: vibrant, expressive, and sometimes naturally bright.
That said, even the cleanest coffee in the world isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some high-elevation lots (especially award-winning microlots) can carry a lively acidity that certain stomachs simply prefer less of. Coffee is personal, both in flavor and in how it feels.
